Good morning! We certainly have had some awesome weather over the area recently, but it's about to come to an end. In a way, very sad, BUT we need to come to grips with the fact that it will get colder and it will snow!!! The cold front has moved into the Pacific Northwest, and will continue southeastward, reaching us Friday morning around 8 or 9 AM. Most of the moisture and lift will be along and behind the front, meaning most of the snow is with or behind the front. We should see snow or snow showers through the afternoon and evening with 2 to 4 inches likely, and more higher up at the resorts. A second piece of the storm is expected on Saturday, and if we get some lake enhancement, could see another 2 or 3 inches, but at this point another 1 or 2 inches can be expected.
